This estate was built by James Deering, an industrialist in the early 20th century, who used it as his winter home. The estate was built in 1916 and is a fine example of lavishness. There are 34 rooms surrounding the central courtyard. It is filled with European furniture and items that date back from the 15th to the 19th century. Many of these shops are completely unique. Moreover, the marketplace is located alongside the waterfront. You can get a good view of the docks and boats here.
